Naonis gives no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This includes no warranty of uptime, availability, compatibility, readability, scan success, URL safety, redirect behavior, malware detection, data preservation, uninterrupted operation, freedom from bugs or errors, merchantability, or fitness for purpose.
You acknowledge that the service may contain faults, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies.
Use at your own risk
You use the service entirely at your own risk.
You must independently verify every QR code and destination before printing, publishing, distributing, or using it in any campaign, product, or operational workflow.
User responsibilities
You are fully responsible for URLs, generated content, testing, printing quality, distribution, campaign usage, and legal/regulatory compliance.
You are also responsible for ensuring your use does not harm users or direct them to misleading, unsafe, or unlawful destinations.
Third-party destinations and QR content
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naonis and Naonis Pty Ltd exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from use of or inability to use the service.
This includes printing costs, campaign losses, broken QR codes, expired domains, redirect failures, phishing or malicious destinations, user mistakes, data loss, business interruption, reputational damage, lost profits or revenue, and any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the minimum extent and lowest amount permitted under New South Wales and Australian law.
Availability and service changes
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, for disputes relating to these terms or the service.

Naonis may update these terms at any time.
