Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Naonis may handle information when you use the Free Static QR Code Generator and related QR safety services.
Using the generator
This is a free public utility that creates static QR codes only.
Your QR code contains the data you enter as-is.
Naonis does not validate, endorse, modify, host, redirect, or guarantee destination URLs.
Before you publish or print any QR code, independently verify that it scans correctly and leads where you expect.
Information we may collect
Depending on how the service is configured, we may collect technical, usage, and interaction data such as device/browser details, pages viewed, session behavior, timestamps, rough location signals, and referral data.
For diagnostics, abuse prevention, and product reliability, we may also process service telemetry and operational logs.
Future versions may process partial or full URL data, domain-level data, redirect/reputation signals, or aggregated QR safety intelligence to improve this service and related Naonis QR safety products.
Where possible, we minimize stored data and limit retention to what is reasonably needed for operational, security, and product-improvement purposes.
URL and domain handling
Do not enter sensitive, private, internal, authentication-related, tokenized, temporary, or confidential URLs into the generator.
If URL-related data is processed, it may include partial or full URL values and related domain signals. This may be used for QR safety analysis, abuse detection, diagnostics, and cross-product improvement across Naonis QR products.
The generated QR content is controlled by the user. You are responsible for confirming that links and destinations are appropriate for your audience and use case.
Analytics and advertising
This site currently uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
These providers may collect usage, device, and interaction information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Naonis does not intentionally send QR input values or raw QR content to analytics or advertising platforms.
QR input values should not appear, where avoidable, in page URLs, query strings, analytics event names, analytics event parameters, ad events, or unnecessary client-side logs.
Tracking controls
Optional tracking depends on environment configuration and deployment settings.
Where consent or regional requirements apply, tracking should only be enabled in a compliant way.
Data retention
Retention periods vary by data type, legal obligations, and operational need.
We aim to keep data only for as long as reasonably needed for service operation, security, abuse prevention, analytics, and product improvement, then delete, aggregate, or de-identify where practical.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce security risk.
No internet service can be guaranteed fully secure, so users should avoid submitting sensitive URL data and should validate critical QR destinations independently.

Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves.
Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
